The room was warm, which is pleasant in January.

Breakfast was sober. I literally couldn’t eat anything because of my diabetes. There was just bread and cereals. No yoghurt, no eggs…

it was good for the price

For the price this place is really good! I was very pleased that there was a small breakfast in the morning. Place is clean and has anything you need if you are just staying there for sleeping and washing.

Cold air came in from the window and we only had heated mattresses, so it was cold at night, but the lady was very kind and said if she knew she could have given us a small heater, so make sure you ask if you feel cold! For the room we stayed, we only got two blankets for three people, because one was a double bed so that was a bit disappointing. Must take the bus to get to the subway station, kind of far to walk there, something to keep in mind for other guests!

Overall worth the money!

The place is closer to many public transportations (Mok-Dong Station for both subway and bus, even airport bus), we just have to choose the right one and the best one depending on the weather and how tired we are lol. The place is quiet except for some traffic sound but not noisy when sleeping time. The lady in charge helped carry our heavy luggage up the stairs. Kamsahamnida!

No elevator. The shower and tap water took quite a while to heat. Seoul was already so cold and rainy season when we went there in November.

Great deal and comfy room in Mokdong

The reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the beds were comfy. Such a good deal for Seoul. 15 minute walk to Mokdong station and lots of buses nearby.

The walls are kind of thin so I could hear noise from outside and the other rooms. But everything got quiet after 9.

Staff was perfect, also liked little things around like sweets, free coffee, kinda had good vibes overall. Good mostly for people wanting some privacy.

Whole facility was bit rundown. My boyfriend was unhappy about it, but I honestly didnt care since it was clean and "good enough" for the money.

Very helpfull hostes eager to help. Very good value. Hot water in shower. Simple breakfast included.

Room is small and old and bed has seen better days. Although it is maintained well. Need to walk 17 minutes to closest metro or take a bus and from there you still need to take the metro for at least 20 minutes to get to the center of seoul. But it is very close to gimpo 15-20 minutes by taxi which are active in the area we took one at 4 am took us less than a minute to find one at that hour. Also my travel partner mentioned it was very cold at night, I didn't feel so and the room is equipped with electric mattresses

Very well located, convenient, staff was really nice ~ plus, the room was extremely clean overall, and it was not cold at all inside the room! The breakfast was simple but still great when you didn't plan it.

A bit noisy because of the bar/karaoke downstairs and the passing street (not inside the guesthouse itself though).
